About us
Apply Warm brings organisations together to support each other.
We believe everyone has something to share, knowledge, skills, space or connections. Rooted in Ubuntu, we grow stronger together.
Whether you are a school, a soup kitchen, a church or a community group or a foundation, a grant giver, or an organisation that funds bigger work, you do not have to do everything alone.
Find people to work with
Find organisations in your area or working on similar things. Share what you need and what you can offer, then start a conversation.
A shared space, a useful skill or an introduction can make a real difference. Helping each other is where it starts.
Who this platform is for
Impact partners
Funders, supporters and organisations that want to grow their impact and make it last. If you give funding, mentoring, skills or introductions, this is where you find organisations already working together.
This platform is for you.
Impact creators
Organisations, community leaders and individuals who are already contributing and want to be part of an ecosystem that helps other people.
This platform is for you.
I am because we are.
Ubuntu reminds us that we grow through each other. Apply Warm is a place to put that belief into practice.
